Staff and students from across NULC took part in the Sport Relief Mile on Friday 23 March. The event was organised by NULC students and official 2012 Game Makers Bethany Wragg aged 16 who studies AS Geography, Psychology, PE and Biology, Ross Thompson and Sam Botham both 17 who study the BTEC Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science.
Staff from Sainsbury's Newcastle store also took part in the event held at the College's Gordon Banks Sports Centre, Sainsbury's is the official sponsor for Sport Relief. The mile was opened by Gordon Banks OBE.
