Yesterday the weather took its toll on the football and rugby fixtures although a number did go ahead. It was a great day all round as all teams who played won well.
A result from last week was that the Men’s Elite side played the Manchester City College in the English Schools Cup and won 5-1 to move through to the 2nd round.

Performance of the week
The performance of the week has to go to the Men’s Elite squad for not only winning comfortably yesterday against Derby County, but their comfortable win against one of the top college in the country, Manchester College on Friday in the ESFA cup. Well done to the lads and management team.
