British Colleges Sport fixtures start this week

Its that time of the year again when Newcastle-under-Lyme College start to do battle against the rest of the country in the British Colleges Sport leagues and cup competitions. This year the college is running the following teams that will compete in British Colleges:

Men's Elite Football- National Colleges Football League
Men's Performance 1 Football- West Midlands Performance 1A
Men's Performance 2 Football- West Midlands Performance 2A
Ladies Football- West Midlands Elite League
Netball- West Midlands Division 1
Men's Basketball- West Midlands Division 1
Ladies Basketball- West Midlands Division 1
Rugby- West Midlands Division 1
Volleyball Men's and Women's- British Colleges National Cup

Each Academy will also take part in regional championships, national cups and also have development squads that compete in local sports leagues. All of the Academy teams will compete on a Wednesday afternoon travelling throughout the West Midlands.

Home games take place in the Gordon Banks Sports Centre, and adjoining pitches and support is welcome to cheer on the teams.
